FDHRD tried to address the challenges facing the Egyptian society in order to be able to speed the process of development in Egypt and achieve a human rights society through analyzing the contents of complaints published in newspapers. Furthermore, FDHRD affirms on the role of democratic media that present information on the issues and problems that the society suffers from and try to solve such problems. In this context, FDHRD calls for the media administrations in ministries and governorates to study, evaluate and follow up complaints of citizens published in newspapers . In addition, FDHRD believes that time comes to establish complaints book under the supervision of powerful body that can find quick and real solutions for the problems if citizens.

In addition, FDHRD recommend the following:

•  There shall be an initiative to put a comprehensive and national plan to develop and improve the performances of all educational institutions.

•  Motivating the role of NGOs in order to eliminate illiteracy and provide services that shall develop and improve education and support those who work in this field.

•  Determining the aims of the technical education before determining the needs of the labor market.

•  Raising the academic and cultural levels and skills of teachers as well as raising their salaries .

•  Getting rid of the principles of reciting and memorizing, which are used rather than using intellectual skills in educational curriculums.

•  The necessity of encouraging students to read books in libraries and encouraging them to write summaries and researches related to their educational curriculums.

•  Increasing numbers of schools in order to decrease the over-crowdness in classrooms and increase numbers of students in schools.

•  Continuing the policy of reform and improving the educational curriculums in order to improve the quality of education.

•  Developing the role of parents' councils and meetings as well as expanding social participation in the process of education.

•  Calling the civil society and public sector to do investments in the field of education

•  Modernizing methods used by the ministry of education in order to integrate those who are of special needs to become part of the educational process.

•  Improving the educational curriculums in relation to human rights, citizenship, forgiveness and academic concepts.

•  Encouraging the private sector (the legislative and administrative sectors) in order to conduct investments that are stated in the annual plan of the country.

•  Activating local savings and using such savings to conduct investments.

•  Establishing a private fund to fund the national programs in order to promote the training system for the Egyptian laborers.

•  Putting a strategic plan aiming at enabling rural women to get work opportunities as the percentage of unemployment in rural areas are four times increase in comparison with the percentage of participation of men in such areas.

•  The necessity for supporting resources and incomes of the social fund (1) for the local and foreign development in order to collaborate in providing job opportunities for youth.

•  The necessity of expanding the system of " mono-window" in order to limit routine .This system means that when people stand in one row before one window in order to finalize any issues related to any governmental body.

•  Modernizing the Egyptian industry and promoting the competitive capacity of some industries as well as supporting the factories that can not perform their work effectively because of problems they face.

•  Reviewing exceptional laws which were issued under the justification of protecting values and preventing corruption . These laws such as the law of the socialist public prosecutor and the law of unlawful gains.

•  Preparing an insurance system related to labor in the informal sector in order to consider the weak economic situations.

•  Expanding the development of the system of free medical treatment supported by the government.

•  Developing the system of health insurance and re-structuring this system from the financial, technical and legislative perspectives.

•  Developing the policy of providing effective and safe medicines.

•  Decreasing the gap between rural and urban areas in providing health services and medicines.

•  The necessity of implementing a system of the "Family's doctor" and preparing a health file and number for each family.

•  The social and behavioral rehabilitation and urban trainings for the inhabitants of the random houses areas in order to enable them to re-integrate with among the society.

•  Adopting social projects to support the poor.

•  The necessity of providing information on the environmental resources as well as working on enabling citizens to participate effectively in managing environmental resources.

•  Canceling counsels and high ministerial committees as well as reconsidering the rehabilitation of labors in the filed of planning.

The board of directors of the social fund for development in its last meeting on 13/2/2005 decided to allocate one billion Egyptian pounds in order to provide 100 thousand work opportunities during 2005 and 2006.
